A proud custom sawmill, Koon’s Sawmill works to create unique pieces of wood unlike those you would find in stores. Koon’s uses their own ethically-sourced lumber to create one-of-a-kind pieces for their customers, including woods such as Walnut, Cherry, and Maple. Koon's has a capacity for quite large pieces and specializes in mantles, beams, slabs, and restoration work. Beams can be sawed up to 33 feet in length and live edge slabs up to 60 inches wide. Hardwood and lumber are among the wide service offerings, and custom projects are welcomed. Koon’s is unlike the others, as we use unique techniques to preserve our wood, including kiln drying.
